Analysis Stations

The BIDC hosts a suite of Analysis Stations that can be accessed upon request. These computers feature cutting edge graphics cards capable of fast 3D rendering, high end CPUs with 8 or more cores for multi-threaded processing, and large multi-monitor displays.

Furthermore, BIDC personnel are happy to train, assist, and collaborate with custom data analysis projects. We routinely work with ImageJ/FIJI creating custom macros, Matlab scripting, and Imaris accessing custom Matlab extensions. Experience in coding also extends to Python and Java.

Please follow the Request Usage steps to gain access to our hardware and expertise.
