This script exports the vertices of a surface generated in Imaris to a text file. The vertices will be listed in cartesian coordinates.
Dependencies
- Matlab 2015b or later
- Imaris 7 or 8
Installation
- Download at Github.
- Copy the .m file into the XTensions folder in the Imaris installation directory.
- You will find the function, Export Vertices in the Image Processing menu.
Executing the XTension
- Select the 'Tools' Icon in Imaris.
- From the list of extentions choose 'Export vertices.'
- Choose the two different spots populations with the assumed overlap.
- Provide a distance threshold and click 'OK.'
