Plot Tracks From a Common Origin

This Imaris extension takes the tracked objects in Imaris and plots their respective 3-D paths from a common origin.
Dependencies    
  • Imaris 7 
  • Matlab 2014 
  • xtgetsporfaces.m (from the GitHub link below)    
Installation       
  • Download at GitHub.
  • Copy the 'xtgetsporfaces.m' and 'plottrackscommonorigin.m file into your Imaris XT Matlab directory.    
Executing the XTension       
  • Select the 'Tools' Icon in Imaris.   
  • From the list of extentions choose 'Plot all tracks with a common origin.'  
  • From the 'Centered Plots' window, choose the tracked objects you wish to use and click 'Plot.'
