Our through-the-objective TIRF microscope is based on an inverted Zeiss Axioscope body utilizing many of the automated components and a Dual-View system for simultaneous imaging. The system runs on both Micro-Manager and Metamorph. Laser lines available for imaging with TIRF include 405nm, 488nm, 561nm and 642nm. Additional imaging modalities include IRM and brightfield.
